An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Monday, repeating until July 31, 2018
Pilates Mat classes are a total body workout…arms, legs, back, stomach… you name it, we work it out! They’re a wonderful blend of strengthening and stretching your muscles. Leaving you feeling powerful, but agile!
Every class is focused around core strengthening and range of motion. There are a few exercises that are practiced in every class, but because there are so many great exercises to choose from, you’re never bored! Beginners to Advanced welcome!
BYOM- Bring your own mat, yoga blanket or towel, yoga blocks and strap. We have extras on hand but we like to keep them around for the needy ; ).
