Active Hatha (Levels 1-2)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 29, 2020
This class includes basic breathing techniques to reduce stress as well as standard Hatha yoga poses to increase overall limberness and strength in a fun way! You do not have to be bendy for this class! It is great for the fitness or yoga enthusiast! Perfect for men and women, but this one is definitely our guys’ favorite.
All Levels/ Active- “All Levels” means that it can be enjoyed by all practice levels as it includes core, foundational yoga postures. It is beginner- friendly but, you may want to take our Selah Yoga Basics course first to feel comfortable with the class structure and yoga terms. “Active” means that you can enjoy physical fitness benefits from this class and it includes standing and weight-bearing postures.
