An inspirational yet practical approach to ballet for the adult body. Great for beginners wanting to tone and lengthen muscles, improve balance and gracefulness or for former dancers wanting to get back into ballet! Combines elements of a standard adult ballet class, Floor Barre and Progressing Ballet Technique for an experience unique only to Selah Yoga. Attire: Black form fitting ballet or fitness attire comfortable enough to move and breathe in but tight enough to see body alignment. Adult Ballet shoes and thick socks. Please keep wobbly bits covered and secured ; ).
*Intermediate and Advanced levels are added depending on need and amount of request.*
