An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Saturday, repeating until March 31, 2020
A beginner hatha yoga class that can be taken as a stand-alone class or as a compliment to our Selah Basics course. Each week the class will include postures that were learned that week in the Selah Basics Course. The class covers fundamental yoga postures and variations with opportunities to pause, receive guidance or modify postures as needed. Props provided.
