This upbeat flow is perfect for getting your breath and heart-rate up! This class is for the active yoga practitioner with a solid foundation in their practice and who is ready to sweat! Contemporary music, fast-flow vinyasa flow, and optional arm balances.
*This class is not recommended for those currently injured, 2nd or 3rd trimester pregnant, or are prone to injury or have limiting joint/skeletal concerns.
Uplevel- At Selah “Uplevel” is devoted to active and strong intermediate to advanced practitioners who have been practicing yoga for a while and are looking to be challenged and grow or just get gritty and sweat!
