Take it step-by-step with anatomy based modifications and applications that can help you grow and strengthen your practice. Course includes arm and upper body tips, techniques and progressions to help you take healthy steps toward arm balances and inversions. You will flow through the class like a typical yoga class but, with more details and pauses for practice of each pose.
