A relaxing and nurturing class for those looking for something that is flowing and reflective. This class includes basic yoga postures and stretches taught in a nurturing way. Appropriate for all levels. Shortened to 1 hour for those who need to squeeze some zen into their work lunch break time!
BYOM- Bring your own mat, yoga blanket or towel, yoga blocks and strap. We have extras on hand but we like to keep them around for the needy ; ).
