An upbeat, gentle vinyasa flow class for the morning yogi ready to start the day! Open to all levels it includes; standing poses, yogic breathing and positive quotes give you a great start to your day!
BYOM- Bring your own mat, yoga blanket or towel, yoga blocks and strap. We have extras on hand but we like to keep them around for the needy ; ).
