Basic Strength & Stability Yoga (All Levels)

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 31, 2019
This class includes basic breathing techniques to reduce stress as well as standard Hatha yoga poses to increase overall limberness and strength in a fun way! You do not have to be bendy for this class. it is great for the fitness or yoga enthusiast! Perfect for men and women, but this one is definitely our guys’ favorite. You will sweat!
BYOM- Bring your own mat, yoga blanket or towel, yoga blocks and strap. We have extras on hand but we like to keep them around for the needy ; ).
