This class focuses on exercises in mental awareness, concentration and contemplation. It requires focusing your mind on the present moment and tuning out distractions.  Each week, you will learn and practice a different style of meditation or fine tune an existing practice. Exercises involve relaxing your body to focus your thoughts on something specific (i.e. your breath, sensations in your body, a loving-kind intention, inspirational message, image, or person.)
