Selah Basics 4-week Beginner Course (Studio A)

An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until October 24, 2019
Pe-registration is required.
A four week course to teach those new to yoga about basic yoga technique, postures, mindfulness practices and yoga studio etiquette. Each lesson plan builds upon the previous one with the final class encompassing all practiced postures and techniques. This class DOES require the ability to do standing , kneeling and some weight baring postures. If that is not for you ask about our Yoga for Seniors class with optional chair or wall assist.
