Selah Basics Series (Option 2)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until February 10, 2018
A beginner yoga series that teaches the basics of Hatha Yoga; including postures, breathing techniques and mindful meditation. This is a (6) week series where each class builds upon the next. The cost is $90 for the (6) week series but only $75 if you bring a friend that registers and takes the series with you. Payment in Full is due upon registration and is non-refundable. It is important that attendees make each class, as make up classes are not re-taught. However, if you miss a class it is ok because there are at least (2) different classes to attend each week. If you participate in the yoga basic classes it is required to per-register.etc. If you are taking Selah Basics as part of your membership package you still have to per-register even though you do not have to pay separately to save your spot in the class. Secure your space now, as these classes allow for a maximum of 12 people. These classes will repeat every (6) weeks.
