An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating until July 31, 2018
A combination of yoga, ballet floor barre and Pilates that is anaerobic and low impact. Dancers are known for their long, lean muscles. This class can help to develop these muscles and improve core strength.
BYOM- Bring your own mat, yoga blanket or towel, yoga blocks and strap. We have extras on hand but we like to keep them around for the needy ; ).
