A full combo class, so you get in a little bit of everything in a short amount of time! Be a well-rounded yogi with vinyasa flow and yoga conditioning challenges to get your total body sweating. Then, follow-up with deep yin yoga postures to open you up and stretch you out. Finish with 1-2 restorative postures and a guided relaxation meditation. Modifications are given to reduce and increase challenging postures to suit your ability level.
