Quiet contemplation class. Includes 30 minutes of guided lessons on mindfulness, gratitude, forgiveness, and loving- kindness followed by 30 minutes of guided deep relaxation meditation. Lessons are taught in an inspirational, but religiously neutral way. This is so everyone may benefit, regardless of beliefs or meditation experience.
It is optional, but some attendees may want to bring a personal journal or notebook to write down or draw what comes up for them or to track their progress.
