Deep Relaxation and Stress Relief! Experience a new and fun way to set an intention, as you create a visual tool to take home with you. The focus will be on how to strengthen and support a deep sense of inner peace and contentment. An important part of Yoga Nidra is setting an intention. During Yoga Nidra, your mind and body relaxes. So, by setting and introducing a clear positive intention while relaxed, it reinforces and empowers your ability to accomplish your dreams. Yoga Nidra assists in relieving muscular, emotional and mental tension and stress. It also clears nerve pathways to the brain and promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation; sometimes referred to as conscious sleep.
Bring your yoga mat, pillows or other props you desire for maximum comfort!
