Gentle Flow Yoga (All Levels)

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 31, 2019
A soothing beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow class. You will learn how to synchronize basic postures to your breath and practice level. Props are provided and used to allow each body type to achieve each pose safely and with ease. A great class for those looking to relax and open up, those who are new to yoga, or are experiencing Vinyasa technique for the first time. Class ends with a beautiful guided meditation and breathing exercise, to calm and de-stress the body and mind.
