Yoga for Seniors- Chair optional (Levels 0.5-1)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 28, 2020
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a more accessible format. This class is perfect for seniors, those with injury or limited mobility, and those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor as in a traditional class. The use of chairs, blocks and the wall help to make poses more available, though they are not required. Exercise is good at any age, but yoga is a gentle way to increase muscle tone and strength, bring balance to the body, relieve stress and elevate moods.
All levels are welcome. We do have props on hand.
