A soothing, gooey, all levels flow that is combined with yin yoga plus a group meditation.
Yin yoga is a gentle style that targets the body’s connective fascia tissue by holding passive and supine postures for longer periods of time. By using the breath and mind-body connection, you relax deeper into postures for the most benefit for your bodies flexibility and relaxation. Perfect for stress relief, flexibility and all level practitioners. A guided mindful meditation is taught throughout the class to aid in relaxation.
