We are gradually building our on demand video library. We are currently starting with accessible yoga classes and flows that benefit a wider audience. (Levels 1.5-2.5) A short and grounded yoga flow. Practice supporting your body with balance as you learn to flow with more ease. You will gradually build up a sweat! Modify postures as needed for your body’s ability & safety. *Includes standing postures.
Who doesn’t love the sights and sounds of relaxing by the ocean? Our studio is just a short five minute walk away from the Gulf Coast beaches. Enjoy this 10 minute guided meditation with studio owner, Leah that is filmed with our local gulf coast waters!
(Levels 2 & up) A multi-level vinyasa flow. Perfect for when you just need to get your blood pumping and squeeze in a quick set! This flow was technically an “Opps” video BUT...the flow set was so great, we decided to share it with you!

Levels 1-2) A short, slow, and sweet yoga flow. Poses ease from one to the next fluidly with guided breath. *Includes standing postures. Beginner-friendly.

An 11-12 minute guided meditation filmed on location at our beautiful butterfly garden. Enjoy the sounds of nature while you de-stress!
(Levels 0.5-1.5) A gentle and accessible yoga class that is beneficial for a variety of levels. Combines postures for stretching and relaxation. For extra stability or support, a chair can be added at the front of your yoga mat.
(Levels 0.5-1) A soothing, gentle stretch for anyone whether or not they have reduced mobility. Accessible for those who cannot easily get up and down from the ground without aid. Also beneficial for those who cannot safely do weight-baring postures on their hands and knees. Includes standing postures supported by a chair to help build balance and stability. Enjoy!
(Levels 2 & up) A Full-Length flow that keeps you moving. The tempo is moderate and paced to keep your focus on your alignment and breath. *Modify postures as needed for your body’s ability & safety.
(Levels 1- 1.5) A deep stretch and relaxation class that includes downward dogs, twist and longer held stretches. A step-up from the chair optional class version.
(Levels 1-2) A class beneficial for those new to yoga who want a shorter class, or those who want to review the fundamentals. The chair is optional for those learning to balance in standing postures or for those who would like the extra support. Basic bliss!
