Selah Basics

Upcoming class begins: Thursday, June 13th

“Selah Basics is a beginner 6-week series that teaches the basics of Hatha Yoga; including postures, breathing techniques and mindful meditation techniques. This course is perfect if you are new to yoga, or simply want to learn more and brush up on the basics. Each class builds upon the next so attendance is key. The upcoming course takes place on Thursdays, from June 13th to May 2nd to July 25th (6:15pm to 7:30pm). Class will not meet on July 4th. $90/Single or $80 Buddy - BOTH come with an UNLIMITED Yoga class pass for the duration of the 6-week series; so that you can sample & practice our other classes that work synergistically with the series.
