Selah Basics

Upcoming class begins: Thursday, August 8th

“Selah Basics is a beginner 4-week series that teaches the basics of Hatha Yoga; including postures, breathing techniques and mindful meditation techniques. This course is perfect if you are new to yoga, or simply want to learn more and brush up on the basics. Each class builds upon the next so attendance is key. The upcoming course takes place on Thursdays, from August 8th to August 29th (6:30pm to 7:45pm).  $80/Single or $70 Buddy - BOTH come with an UNLIMITED Yoga class pass for the duration of the 4-week series; so that you can sample & practice our other classes that work synergistically with the series. This course is the prerequisite to our intermediate and advanced courses. We look forward to seeing you soon!”
