Pilates is an anaerobic, low-impact, resistance training program. A series of floor exercises using resistance bands, rings and small weights. The workout helps build and sculpt the entire body; particularly the pelvic floor, core muscles and back. It gives the body an overall, long lean look, while helping to promote overall strength and stability. Pilates is an anaerobic, low-impact, resistance training program. A series of floor exercises using resistance bands, rings and small weights. The workout helps build and sculpt the entire body; particularly the pelvic floor, core muscles and back.
